Whether you’re freshly licensed or have years of experience under your belt, you’ve landed in the right place. This consultation space is designed for therapists at every stage of their journey.

This consultation practice is rooted in an integrative, trauma-informed framework that honors both the mind and the body. Drawing on top-down and bottom-up processing approaches, sessions are tailored to meet each consultee, and their clients, exactly where they are.
Whether you’re supporting individuals, couples, or families through complex trauma, the work here is collaborative, growth-oriented, and always grounded in warmth. There’s room to be a learner, to sit with uncertainty, and to grow into greater confidence as a clinician.
Clinical Training & Credentials:
I provide in-person professional consultation in a warm and welcoming environment, ranging from 15 to 60 minutes. For our first meeting, a full 60 minutes is recommended. This gives us time to get to know each other, explore your scope of practice, and lay the groundwork before diving into specific cases.

One of the greatest goals of this consultation space is helping you find and trust your own voice in the therapy room. That means showing up as your most authentic self, embracing the courage to be imperfect, and continuously growing in the ways that matter most to you and your clients.
Through consultation, therapists gain greater confidence navigating risk, a deeper curiosity about the meaning behind their clients’ emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and practical skills for weaving mind-body interventions into their work in ways that feel grounded and accessible. Consultees often leave with a renewed sense of confidence, clinical technique, and their ability to reflect on how their own experiences show up in the room.
Newer clinicians often come with questions around navigating risk and learning how to care for themselves while holding space for some of the heaviest human experiences. Wherever you’re feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
What matters most is a curiosity and commitment to growing in your work with complex trauma, dissociation, and the many ways they show up in the therapy room.
This space welcomes clinicians supporting clients with anxiety, depression, and other co-occurring concerns. If you work with individuals, families, or across the lifespan, there’s room for you here.
